Chelsea A. Sleet, President and CEO of Cynergie Holding Group LLC, has built a dynamic career, transitioning from healthcare to security services while maintaining her dedication to excellence and integrity.

After more than 11 years in healthcare, Chelsea identified a need for educating physicians on practice efficiency and contracting. To drive this mission, she earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma and a Master's in Business Affairs and Healthcare Administration from Lindenwood University. Chelsea's expertise enabled her to expand her business across multiple states and contribute as a panel member on the Veterans Administration's Cerner Project from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Chelsea co-founded a staffing partnership that extended her healthcare experience to supplying qualified nursing staff in Missouri and Illinois. However, her business focus took a new direction when the pandemic revealed an urgent demand for staffing in the security industry. Recognizing the opportunity, Chelsea pivoted her business strategy and launched Cynergie Security Group LLC, bringing the same precision and operational excellence to the security sector that she had honed in healthcare.

Under Chelsea's leadership, Cynergie Security has grown rapidly, providing security personnel, crowd management, and event staffing throughout the St. Louis metro area and beyond.
