As the president and CEO of Cynergie Holding Group LLC, Chelsea A. Sleet has had an interesting career thus far. The transition from Healthcare to Security Services shows her dedication to providing a quality service that will always uphold her integrity. 

After working in healthcare for over 11 years, Chelsea began to notice the need for educating physicians on contracting and efficient practice models. To support this ongoing mission, Chelsea obtained her Black Belt in Six Sigma and graduated from Lindenwood University, where she received a MA in Business Affairs and Healthcare Administration. After graduation, Chelsea expanded her business outside of St. Louis and began working with physicians in Washington, Texas and Georgia. That eventually led to Chelsea working on the Cerner Project as a panel member within the Veterans Administration in 2017-18. 

In March of 2018, Chelsea partnered with a local staffing company to expand the nursing staffing sector throughout Missouri and Illinois. With the mission to provide adequate and qualified clinical staff to major healthcare facilities, Chelsea applies her previous healthcare experience once again to not only provide flexible employment opportunities but grow into the evolving corporate healthcare business model.

During the pandemic, the opportunity to staff was presented to expand her staffing skills into the security industry. This lead to the birth of Cynergie Security Group LLC. Currently Cynergie is providing security personnel, crowd management and event staff in Metro St Louis and surrounding areas. Some of the staffed events include:
